1. Introduction

Welcome to Galeria Mentis Ltd (“Galeria Mentis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of artworks and related products from Galeria Mentis.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on this site.

By ordering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, dimensions, and images of all artworks and products.

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, and dimensions may have minor variances.

Artwork displayed may be unframed unless otherwise specified.

Mockup images showing the artwork in home settings are approximate and not true to scale.

Website users should ask for further information if they have any queries before purchasing.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable; however, Galeria Mentis is not currently VAT registered.

Prices include free UK delivery.

Payment is securely processed via Stripe using encrypted connections.

We accept payment by credit/debit card.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the UK only unless otherwise arranged.

Artwork will be dispatched within 5 working days by the Artist from their studio using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Tracked service or equivalent.

Delivery times are typically within 7 working days of dispatch.

We aim to notify you of dispatch and provide tracking details when available.

Packaging standards are high to ensure artwork arrives in excellent condition but may vary depending on studio.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return an artwork within 7 calendar days of receipt for a refund.

Please contact us to arrange the return before sending back any items.

Returned artwork must be in the original condition and packaging.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned artwork.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.

Once dispatched, cancellation is treated as a return.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, text, and design is owned by Galeria Mentis or used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal data is used to process orders, communicate with you, and send newsletters if you opt-in.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
