Galeria Mentis is an independent online gallery based in the UK.
It exists to support and share work that invites pause — art that doesn't rush to explain itself. Often abstract, sometimes surreal, usually rooted in nature or observation. The kind of artwork that lingers.

This project is a personal one. Built without investors, without targets, and without the usual pressure to grow at all costs. It exists because of a long-standing belief that good art — quiet, strange, thoughtful art — still matters.

The gallery works with artists who value creative control. Commission rates are fair. Artists have input on how their work is presented and sold. No pressure to fit trends. No algorithms deciding what gets seen. Just considered curation and a focus on quality, not volume.

This isn’t a platform designed to exploit creativity. It’s a place to share it. Simply and directly.

Things will evolve slowly. A few artworks now, more over time. Writing when there’s something to say. The blog will feature notes on artists, on process, on looking and noticing — the kind of noticing that sits just beneath the surface. Less content for content’s sake, more space to think.

If you're interested in discovering new art, or supporting independent artists and contemporary work, sign up to the mailing list. It’s where we’ll explore ideas, themes, and new releases worth keeping an eye on — pieces that tend to speak to the quieter spaces of thought, where meaning often begins to take shape.
